There is "The Shot" Special Attack,

where you but the pistol in the face. *bang*

Or stabbing somebody in the stomach.

It's not that gory or bloody, but hell intense fights.

And blood is overused since Condemned.

If you need a gory wiigame for yongsters and wannabe-adaults, get Manhunt2 and Madworld.

Red Steel2 has more in it, than mk you playing a game for adaults

They made a great improvement on the fighting system of Red Steel by being able to pull your sword out at any given moment and using great special moves. However I think the western atmosphere of the game ruined the story line. The japanese setting of the first Red Steel made sense of the use of swords, but it makes no sense that swords are being used in the desertous atmosphere.

Also the beginning is much different, your guy gets dragged like in the demo but then the Boss guy steals your katana and he says in a badass voice "Im going to slit your throat with your own katana, aint that poetic", that was badass. Im at the part where you kick the Boss's ass and you get your katana back.

This truly looks Awesome with a big A. The only thing I'm concerned is that the violence is turned down abit. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but I expect atleast a little blood or maybe some nice slash or smash effects.

You can see that the Wii controller still have issues with managing the fast moves that you do.... kinda sad that not even Wii motion plus can fix it... You can clearly see how hard it is for Wii to manage the moves that he do there, that's why im going to buy a PlayStation 3 with the new Wand and ill Sell my Wii.

I really want to cut peoples heads and arms off with one to one control, but the fact that there finally is a one to one sword game is good enough for me. I do agree that sony's motion controllers and MS's camera thing seem more accurate. However, I'm still impressed with what the wiimote can do with motion+ since it doesn't use a camera to detect movement but rather, it detects motion by simply using the accelerator thing inside it.

Whenever a promising game comes to wii, people start saying that it's a waste because it's on wii. I think that developers are becoming more creative than ever, which is good.

Red Steel sold quite well, so they are probably just using the name as a means of selling it. Ubisoft do that quite a lot, like how Far Cry 2 has bugger all in common with FC, and the newest Prince of Persa is hardly like the old ones.

The way you got to train yourself eith guns and swords to get better, and the sword fights were the best but a little annoying when they came out of no where when i had little health.

Quite a lot of people liked it too, i quite liked it too, but looking back it wasn't all that great, the controls are nowhere near as responsive as in things like Medal of Honor or the Conduit and it did make the game awkward at times.

yeah i liked it too. it wasnt perfect, but it wasnt as bad as everyone made it seem. i think that people who had problems with the swords didnt have the patience to learn it. it was rewarding when you finally did one of those combos during a boss fight. the one thing that i would have changed was the zoom.
