Perhaps people are fearful, because more times than not, we will sting when given a wrong look, are spoken down upon, or treated disrespectfully. As you said-We're all people.
And so when treated wrong we become enraged. And will retaliate with the full force necessary to gain some form or respect. Wheather it be with words, or force, people understand soon enough~
