  • what is the average price for that?

  • How much did that gun cost you? Lookin at buying one myself.

  • finally an 7.62x38 sports rifle.

  • what the thread is it 14x1 or the 308 thread

  • do you really put steel cased ammo through it?

  • Bushmaster makes them in this caliber as well which I own. If u have trouble finding magazines u can use a older. 223 magazine up to 8 rounds

  • I remember having a 1989-'90 Colt firearms catalog and the AR-15 "sporter" model in 7.62mmx39 was available for purchase(reminds me of the Ruger mini-14 and the Ruger mini "30" in 7.62mmx39).

  • larger lips and bigger dimples lulzzzz

  • What is the purpose of an AR-15? I mean, where is it most practical?

  • @cavedweller1996 have you seen the hog population in texas....

  • @cavedweller1996 Why do you ask? Is it not part of our American freedom to own which ever firearm we like? Is that freedom that makes us so different from every other country and that makes them respect us and think twice before getting in our buisness a bad thing?

  • @ballisstix I wasn't being disrespectful, just curious is all

  • I like

  • Any difference between a 5.56 and a 7.62x39 lower? or is it just the upper receiver thats different?

  • @DontTreadOnMe894

No there is no difference in AR 15 lowers. Some may say Caliber: 5.56 or Multi or 7.62x39 or possibly custom engraved. There are lots of calibers offered in the AR 15 platform. .22, 9mm, .223/5.56, 5.45x39, .300 Fireball, 6.5 Grendel, 7.62x39, 6.8SPC, .50 Beowulf. Also there are muzzel loader uppers and heavy caliber bolt action uppers available as well ( .338 Lapua, .416 Barrett, .50 Barrett). To my knowledge all of these calibers can be handled by the standard AR 15 lower.

  • These guns are so badass

Ima get one when we get tax returns and some money from the safe we sold

  • an ar-15 that uses 7.62's?

  • @Vlaxerman343 Hellz yeah

  • @cavedweller1996 beast

  • sweet

  • a DI system with wolf ammo? dirty bird

  • back to doing what you guys do thanks for the vids you guys are awesome and your gun pron is great.

  • @peicemakerSS22 Yeah I completely agree. good comment.

  • use this in enemy ground

  • there should be an adams arms piston kit for this

  • If there is one thing I love about ARs is the versatility and options for it

  • @douche1234ful yup a lot of people here "7.62" and think its all the same. big dif from 39 to the 51,54. personally id prefer 545 or 556 to the 762x39

  • @worldtravel101 I prefer 5.45 personally, It is the best of both worlds to me. The ammo is dirt cheap too. I would like to add one of the new AKs chambered in 7.62X54R though. That sounds intense.

  • @EastTNSurvivalist Add to my collection that is, lol. Some times I type too fast for my own good.

  • Is there any truth to this, I mean can a bullet by the shape and weight be inaccurate, or is it because the AK's barrel is only 16. IN other words, if you shot a 7.62X39 out of a 22 inch barrel, it wouldn't shoot more accurately? What is the deal, is it the charge, the weight +the charge that makes it inaccurate, what? I can hit a head size target out to 200 with my AK, that is good, right?

  • i love ak's but hate people who wanna lie to themselves and say the 7.62 is accurate, its an overly penetrating, rainbow shooting, shitty sound like the 30-30

if you wanna shoot derka muhammaed jihad style through a cement wall up to 200 its great but its not accurate

maybe the x51 or the x54 but not the x39

the 5.45x45 is where its at for accuracy and consistant ballistics from any size barrel

  • Comment removed

  • @worldtravel101 definitely, i think .30 rounds are amazing as long as its a big cartridge to push it hard enough to get it a flatter trajectory, which is not the case for the x39

  • @douche1234ful derka derk

  • i allready got some AKs. dont need a AR that shoots 7.62. i wouldnt mind trying the .308 chambered AR. i wonder if direct impingement works well chambering rounds that big.

  • @ironhaas503 That's what the system was originally designed for, going back to the original Armalite AR-10 that competed against the M14 for a military contract. It had some problems, and was eventually refined into the AR-15.

  • Nice.

  • point·less /ˈpɔɪntlɪs/ Show Spelled[point-lis] –adjective 1. without a point: a pointless pen. 2. blunt, as an instrument. 3. without force, meaning, or relevance: a pointless remark. 4. without a point scored, as in a game: a pointless inning. It was still a good review though.
  • I'm curious as to how it feeds...being that the taper on the 762x38 is much more extreme than that of a 556nato...I've that due to the more straightline magazine well design of the AR15...it presents a huge challenge to get these to feed reliably because a round ak style magazine couldnt fit the magwell...

  • That's cool!

  • Does the 7.62 AR cycle Wolf steel ammo reliably and is it more accurate than an AK?

  • @mixflip

    implying AK's aren't accurate?

  • @bulbinking I didnt say AK's are not accurate. I asked if shooting the AK ammo through an AR platform is "more" accurate than the AK. I owned an AK and love them (and I miss mine. shouldnt have sold it lol) But I didnt like the short sight radius and the WWII style ladder sights which took alot of time and practice to get accurate with. They ARE accurate enough for battle but my AR is hands down easier to put down tighter groups at 200 yards, standing, off hand, with irons only.

  • I'm English-is they're any way I could buy this (our no guns law pisses me off, but u guys still hav to wait 3 more years till

Ur 21 and u can drink)

  • @airdude12345

Not really, it's only 21 for handguns, it's 18 for long guns. But I guess that's better than nothing. And believe me, lots of us Yanks mourn for you, the Aussies, etc. We must all stand together. Nothing was worse than seeing all of those beautiful firearms being crushed and destroyed.

  • the question is are the sights correctly calibrated..

  • i want a 5.45x39mm AR

  • @XvChriisvX Why?

  • @Failcard i like the round, like having a AK74 in a AR15 package

  • @XvChriisvX Ah, I would just get the Ak74 if I liked that round enough. But that does sound like a neat idea.

  • @Failcard lol yea, i like the AR design over a AK one, and i like the sights better too

  • @XvChriisvX I like the AR15 better then the Ak74 one but the 5.45 and 5.56 round is too similar to me imo. So I'd probably stick with the larger round.

  • @Failcard so youd rather have a 7.62x39mm?

  • @XvChriisvX I would rather have a 7.62x39. Bigger bullet, able to bigger game with it. I am not shooting anything at 200+ yards so ballistics and bullet drop are negligible. That said, if I just wanted a cheap shooter I would get a .22 upper.

  • @HybridSquirrel if i wanted a 7.62x39mm id want a rifle with a looong barrel

  • @XvChriisvX For the AR? Dunno, if I wanted a .30 caliber AR I'd get an AR-10.

  • @Failcard oh man, i love the AR-10, the non hunting one, the battle one from like, the 60's / 70's idk but i saw a vid of eugene stoner shooting one from a beach and it went through a bunch of torture tests, it was awesome!

  • @XvChriisvX Yea! I also like the AR-18. But the AR-15 was more popular so only 20000 were made.

  • @Failcard dude, i saw the exact AR-18 arnold swartzwsdasd had in terminator before! it was at knob creek!

  • @XvChriisvX I thought that was the AR-180?

  • @Failcard oh, im not fore sure but it was w/e he had, it had pictures and it was in a display case and everything and they wanted a bunch of money for it

  • nice
