  • Yuck! This is just the worst part of her career. She looks dowdy, sounds terrible and this song is just about the worst. except of course the awful free to fall. I agree with whomever posted about Def Dumb and Blind being the masterpiece. That truly was. Just listened to it the other day and her voice sounds just amazing on that album.

  • @barrylikethefruit def dumb and blind is good, but this song is great and the epitome of the late 80s. love you deb

  • I agree with some others here, Rock Bird is her worst album (including albums with Blondie). I think she just did that album to gain her popularity back. But 'Def, Dumb & Blonde', the next album, is a masterpiece.

  • Never really liked the Rockbird original version of this! SAW did a great remix and brought the track to life! Every song that SAW released at this time was a hit so not entirley sure why this didn't set the charts on fire!

  • sexy bitch!!!!

  • Back When Good Music was On MTV!

  • she's sooooooooooooooo Hott!!

  • Used to dance to this at TRAXX in D.C.

  • When I bought "Most Of All", this version of the song was on it, and I love it.

Later, when I bought Rockbird, it had some slow, boring version on it.

  • Ótimo som, os melhores tempos em que eu me divertia com a galera nos bailes do Rio! In Love With Love! yehhhhh!

  • perfect song to dance to haha

  • The version on ROCKBIRD is much better IMO. I'm surprised the video wasn't labelled as a remix.

  • bad song, bad video. and yet, #1 on the dance charts at the time.

yeah, no one cares when you're on acid.

  • I love the way she moves, she's sooo ungainly !!

  • I LOVE THE DANCE MOVES

  • i love this song

  • debbie harry is and always be gorguous .full stop

  • Debbie takes "Italo" outta "Italo Disco" in this song!

  • this song was done back in 1987.

    God I miss the 1980's

  • @bigwillietheb

Missing the eighties...Take a look at my best music `80`s channel!"!!!!

    Thanks....

  • Love the outfits.

  • Billiger greenscreen video xD

Aber ich liebe diesen song ♥

  • pure sex

  • wow she looked beautiful then

now she looks well too but she had plastic surgery made on her face

  • i dont agree with you

because it has a lot of good songs on it

  • I love Debbie's dancing SO much haha :D

  • Somehoe Debbie doesn't look so happy in that video, as if she doesn't like the song... well, it was her only track with the SAW trio to be released

  • I have to agree.. I have never seen the video in all th years I have been listen to this song come on the radio. It kind of ruined the song for me... I suppose this was not her style and well that what was selling back then. I still love the Striped album but as of right now the name escapes me and I am too tired to google it... :P

  • I assume you mean Parallel Lines by Blondie.

  • I remember when this song was current. This is the first time I've seen this video. It's pretty awful. Love Debbie though.

  • yeah, i'm still looking thru my tapes for other cool anna stuff to post.

  • lol! but i love this song.

  • Love Debbie, so don't get me wrong, but this is awful. It's no wonder her solo career never took off. MTV was huge at the time and helped turn Michael and Madonna into superstars - and Debbie's cheap label kept producing videos that looked like they cost 50 dollars and were shot in 20 minutes. We know she could write and sing, but she never found the management she deserved.

  • im also a huge fan of her..but i actually agree with you...she never got the superstar fame she deserves...til today!

  • Wow, there's actually a video for this song? Cool

  • Bigwillietheb - Yeah It Is Debbie Harry...She Is From Blondie But She Does Have A Solo Career...And I Have That Very Album, Rockbird By DEBBIE HARRY !!! Dumbass

  • Thanx Sta456!! I haven't heard this one for years... its hypnotic...it is playing over and over in my head now - like it did years ago!

  • This is the Hi NRG vesrion and it's the best one.

  • I respect her, but this sounds like another group I like called Bananarama.

  • This is my favorite song by Debbie Harry!

  • Debbie was NOT a big star in the eighties. Seeing her videos was rare, like a ufo sighting, but always a thrill. Her fame in those days was almost subliminal.

  • LOL, although she admitted herself she could never sing and dance at the same time, she she does try her best!

  • this is an amazing song, so is sweet & low :)

  • I love the freestyle version better

  • and with her of course

  • Oh yes it remembers me at 1987 when i was in Sigtes/Spain for vacation...

  • Watching Debbie Harry have fun with her songs is magical, her smiles and cute expressions are what makes her so fun to watch, they were so talented, the whole band!!!

  • this video is hardcore art!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can never watch it enough!

  • LUV this song!

  • according to wiki this made it to #45 in the uk charts and #1 of the USA dance charts

  • I like the song and video...but I'm not sure if the choreographer should be shot. LOL.

  • All Clothing by Stephen Sprouse !

  • no andy warhol!

  • Estate of Andy Warhol by Designer Stephen Sprouse!

  • ok cool, It's hardcore art for sure!

  • debbie is the most beautiful woman in the world.

  • Hi xshiraxgirlx. You could sure make a case that's true. It's amazing and hard to believe that she's about 40 years old in this video. What a great talent and quite a beauty.

  • +1 ... I agree with you 100%. Debbie is eternally beautiful!

  • @xshiraxgirlx absolutely right!

  • ahhhhh....THIS is the version I remember & loved......

  • Hey jerseycub. It's been on a VHS tape in a cabinet since 1988. Just got around to doing something with it. Glad someone remembers and enjoys it.

  • Bless you. Was just posting to the other version of the video here, & how THIS was the mix I freakin LOVED! & then it shows up! Although the version they played in the clubs was a little more freestyle, this was clearly the basis for that mix. As I always used to say...."Ohhh shit. that is my jam!" Killer upload!
