"rev it rev it".... It is rev'ed...that clanging noise is the rod slapping the block. My brother had the misfortune of owning one. The piston stuck to the cylinder. I spent a week with a torch on the rod and "Can-o-ice" (For frosting a glass for a drink) on the piston pin, beating the dickens out of the pin. Rod was braced with a 2x4.....not a pretty picture. I fixed it and suggested he sell it asap.......
