I just completed an exam on Wondercat and I think I know what the problem is, but I'd like a second opinion from you. Based on how my exam went, what do you think Wondercat's problem might be? Additionally, Ms. Schilling may have an issue paying the bill. In your opinion, how should I handle this situation in a way that shows her respect as a one of my good clients, yet ensures that Wondercat gets the care he needs. What would you do?
Give her an estimate to get an idea of what she can handle money wise. If the bill is do-able not problems. If not- payment plan vs care credit.
