Check out this honeys they are the best in the world I have not tried them all but my friend a honey researcher literally a PHD. Says this are the best

1. Sidr Honey from remote mountains in Yemen.

That looks so good. I'm going to make it I got like 4 gallons of raw milk in my fridge right now. You should not ear the egg white raw as it binds biotin. The raw egg yolk is extremely nutritious though.

I did not know that about the honey I thought all the raw honey's were not raw. I got this delicious honey from Really raw honey you should try it it's delicious. I tried the None honey too I did not like it I like Manuka honey the best.

@Childrenguild Manuka honey is awesome! The ones you mentioned above sound incredible, I have yet to try them, the lavender honey sounds really wild!

This looks good! Raw whey powder? I want it! Does it seem to be safer in the long term than the other whey powder? I use brown rice and pea proteins (and tons of growth factor herbs+colostrum) to keep mass on. (and creatine...dunno how safe it is) I'd love to have another source of protein.

@RevKale The bad whey powders are heat treated AND are often isolates. You want a whole spectrum whey powder collected from the raw cheese industry. It as so many healing benefits and is considered a whole food (also it doesn't contain any significant amount of casein, the protein that causes some people some issues). Check out Dr. Mercola's channel for a recent interview he did with Ori Hokefmeler (sp?) on why protein.

@SecretsOfLongevity Serendipty:) I watched an egg nog video and found a new protein supplement! I ordered the pro optimal whey, hopefully it doesn't have Xylitol, my system doesn't tolerate that. Thanks Zak. Hofmekler had a good interview, convinced me to research it.

hmmm . . .living in montréal, i just can't get raw milk. when I was in the cantons-de-l'est, they told me that I would have to live there and develop relationships with neighbors in order to have raw milk.

Very true. Wild chickens eat many bugs like worms and ants, etc. Looks really good, though. I love egg nog. Make my own every holiday from raw dairy/eggs.
