Do you use a filter needle? b/c you do know you need a filter when using an ampule. I work as a pharmacy technician in an hospital and with ampules we always use a filter needle b/c tiny glass fragments can get into the medication and you obviously DON'T want to be injecting this into your body or even consume the glass pieces. I watched your video and you don't specify the needle for safety. Hopefully those of us watching your video will realize they need a filter for the needle!! WARNING!

Love your videos: instructive and entertaining! I don't want to use a needle to take the hcg. I want to use a dropper. The question is what is the measured amount for a dropper? It's 1/2 cc for the needle, and I can eyeball it for the dropper, but just wanted to know the measurement for taking the sublingual with a dropper, and not a needle. Thx so much!
@RoseCtyRocka I think you just need to squeeze the liquid from the needle to a spoon or just squeeze the liquid under your tongue without poking yourself. The video is for sublingual!! I hope this helps you!!

@adge71383 Dont use alcohol with hcg-it degrades the hcg. You can use saline wound wash (sodium chloride) it just doesnt taste good. Not sure about glycerin?

Day two and I'm really hungry is this normal? i did load for two solid days prior but this is the second day and my stomach has just been growling like crazy. @sdroyce0521 It is normal until the hcg kicks in...1st week can be harder on you if you didnt load on very high fat foods and not eat too many high sugary/carb foods. Eat your fruit between meals. Fill up on water/coffee/tea. Get lots of sleep.

@sdroyce0521 Loading isn't successful unless you are taking hcg with the loading days. Do two full load days with hcg and then start the vlcd on the 3rd day.

Hi mamaclok... When mixing the sublingual hcg for the 2nd time.. Is it necessary to re wash the amber bottle if it already had mixed hcg... or will it change it.... also the first time that I mixed it I only go 13 day worth... @adelitale88 I always wash out the bottle, and let air dry before putting a new mix in it. If yout mix w/ 15ml of liquid and take .5ml twice a day it will last exactly 15 days. You must not be measuring correctly on the syringe. Measure at the bottom of the plunger's black line and not at the plungers rounded bottom part.
I have been following your plan and taking 1 ML a day, can you me what they are talking about when they are saying taking 175 to 200 IU a day. This comes from the protocol and Kevin Trudea book. Any insight would be great, thank you.
@LowesManager People take anywhere from 125-200 iu per day when doing injections. We take 333 iu per day total when doing sublingual since the absorption rate is different.

So 10,000 iu is a 30 day supply not 40. So what u are saying is i take two doses a day which is .5 each dose. I will be mixing 30ml of silver and b-12(15ml of each right) which is 30 days.Please let me know if im understanding right.

Now I am really confused, I am listen to all of this, bought some from HCGDIET>COM, did the Ketone strips and it was negative and then found out that ALL HCG Drops has NO HCG in it at all. It can only come from a prescription from a Doctor, that is the FDA Law. Please someone tell me how all of this works.

How can you be sure you bought the real thing (HCG)? My drops came pre-mixed with HCG and Amino Acid Complex. It says nothing about silver. The b-12 is in a separate bottle.
I'm still trying to figure out the dosing. So if you are taking 5000iu over 15 days, that is 333iu/day. I thought that Dr. Simeon's dosage is only 125iu/day. I'm so confused!
@robinsas You're right- 125iu is for injections. Taking hcg sublingually has a different absorption rate-so we need to double the amount. 333iu is what I dosed to lose my 70+ lbs.

I've noticed that the B12 really does want to settle down to the bottom of the jar, yet we're not supposed to shake hcg, so how do you get all the sediment (which is probably good vitamin B12) in your daily dosing?
@redheadsara You're right-it does settle on the bottom You can gently swirl it to mix it up before dosing and then I always used the mixing needle on my dosing syringe to bring up the liquid.

I just notice that I received 10 vials of Zykog (Cholonic Gonadotpin) and I received 10 vials of sodium chloride. I thought that I was ordering 20 vials of HCG. I know that sodium chloride is salt. @stwimins Oh ok-silver from gnc should be fine as long as the ingredients are just silver + water. HCG comes from different countries depending on what brand u order...but in general it takes around 2 weeks. p3 foods are eggs, cheese, sugar-free bacon, nuts...etc. Just no sugar or starch :-D

@ukglargi1 No-500 calories TOTAL for the day for all food. For example...lettuce or celery hardly have any calories so really you can eat a ton of it without adding too many calories...but yes-it ALL counts.
@mamaclok - wow, this morning i woke up 3/12 pounds lighter. i may have eaten less than i was supposed to yesterday.
can you have less than 500 calories a day? like just eating the listed vegetables and 2 fruits? and does it have to be on schedule? like today, i ate an apple around noon then some veggies and at 3pm, i ate 150 calories of shrimp. must it be exact on time and eat the meal all at the same time, and no less than 400 calories a day?
@ukglargi1 You are suppose to eat 500 calories a day-I know sometimes its hard to get it exact...but try and keep it close. Its also important to eat the veggies w/ your protein at each meal (time doesnt matter as much). The fruit can be eaten by itself.
friendly advice, any time you use an ampule it's best to use a filter needle as you're dealing with broken glass. This is standard practice in all hospitals.

@ukglargi1 I ate chicken tenderloins all the time...but make sure the chicken doesnt have any added sugar/starches like some do. I used real rx hcg and you take the doses around 12 hrs apart. You've seen other drops that say take 3x a day and those are homeopathic hcg drops-which are not what I used.

@sa8r1n3 Hi- The hunger may not be taken away completely...its normal to feel some hunger when its time to eat. You will feel MORE hunger especially during your first week of vlcd if u loaded more on sugar/carbs more than just fats. Next time u mix...try 9ml b12 + 6ml silver which tastes less like the strong taste of b12.

@ukglargi1 If you got the 10000 iu then that just means you ordered double the amount I showed here in the mixing video-don't take double the dose though! More hcg does not mean better results. You will want to use a total of 30ml of liquid in the hcg and it will last u 30 days if u take .5ml twice a day. Men average 1 lb per day.
@jenlovricky Hi-You double up the recipe for a 10000 iu of hcg. You add a total of 30ml of liquid to the hcg which will give you a 30 day supply dosing the same at .5ml twice a day.

Love your videos: instructive and entertaining! I don't want to use a needle to take the hcg. I want to use a dropper. The question is what is the measured amount for a dropper? It's 1/2 cc for the needle, and I can eyeball it for the dropper, but just wanted to know the measurement for taking the sublingual with a dropper, and not a needle. Thx so much!

@adge71383 Dont use alcohol with hcg-it degrades the hcg. You can use saline wound wash (sodium chloride) it just doesnt taste good. Not sure about glycerin?

@sdroyce0521 It is normal until the hcg kicks in...1st week can be harder on you if you didnt load on very high fat foods and not eat too many high sugary/carb foods. Eat your fruit between meals. Fill up on water/coffee/tea. Get lots of sleep.

Is it necessary to re wash the amber bottle if it already had mixed hcg... or will it change it.... also the first time that I mixed it I only go 13 day worth... @adelitale88 I always wash out the bottle, and let air dry before putting a new mix in it. If yout mix w/ 15ml of liquid and take .5ml twice a day it will last exactly 15 days. You must not be measuring correctly on the syringe. Measure at the bottom of the plunger's black line and not at the plungers rounded bottom part.

Now I am really confused, I am listen to all of this, bought some from HCGDIET>COM, did the Ketone strips and it was negative and then found out that ALL HCG Drops has NO HCG in it at all. I'm still trying to figure out the dosing. So if you are taking 5000iu over 15 days, that is 333iu/day. I thought that Dr. Simeon's dosage is only 125iu/day. I'm so confused!

@robinsas You're right- 125iu is for injections. Taking hcg sublingually has a different absorption rate-so we need to double the amount. 333iu is what I dosed to lose my 70+ lbs.

I've noticed that the B12 really does want to settle down to the bottom of the jar, yet we're not supposed to shake hcg, so how do you get all the sediment (which is probably good vitamin B12) in your daily dosing?

@stwimins Oh ok-silver from gnc should be fine as long as the ingredients are just silver + water. HCG comes from different countries depending on what brand u order...but in general it takes around 2 weeks. p3 foods are eggs, cheese, sugar-free bacon, nuts...etc. Just no sugar or starch :-D

@mamaclok - wow, this morning i woke up 3/12 pounds lighter. i may have eaten less than i was supposed to yesterday.
can you have less than 500 calories a day? like just eating the listed vegetables and 2 fruits? and does it have to be on schedule? like today, i ate an apple around noon then some veggies and at 3pm, i ate 150 calories of shrimp. must it be exact on time and eat the meal all at the same time, and no less than 400 calories a day?

@ukglargi1 You are suppose to eat 500 calories a day-I know sometimes its hard to get it exact...but try and keep it close. Its also important to eat the veggies w/ your protein at each meal (time doesnt matter as much). The fruit can be eaten by itself.

hi, I only received one needle in my package from you and thats just for the 3 ml syringe, but there weren't needles for the 10ml and 1ml syringes

@MzBeautifulCreation You only get one needle and 3 syringes. The needle can be twisted off and use on ANY of those syringes.

friendly advice, any time you use an ampule it's best to use a filter needle as you're dealing with broken glass. This is standard practice in all hospitals.

Ahhh I've been taking too much HCG! Instead of 1/2 ml I've been taking 1 ml! I feel hopelessly stupid! T'm on P2D7...Can I just correct the dose?

@Grac42dy 1ml a day total is what u should be taking. Yes-go ahead and bring it back down to .5ml twice a day.

mamaclok, very informative.much thanks. just a few more questions. on the simeons protocol it lists chicken breast as one of the foods we can eat.
i was wondering if chicken tenderloins would be alright to have instead of breast. also, you said to take the hcg drops in the morning and at night.
when exactly do you mean? i know i cant eat anything 15 minutes prior to or after. im guessing we take the drops moments after we awake and moments before we sleep?
or anytime at night?

@ukglargi1 I ate chicken tenderloins all the time...but make sure the chicken doesnt have any added sugar/starches like some do. I used real rx hcg and you take the doses around 12 hrs apart. You've seen other drops that say take 3x a day and those are homeopathic hcg drops-which are not what I used.

@mamaclok , again thanks. yes, i ordered the hcg 5000 iu pregnyl from pharmacy escrow. took about 2 weeks to get here. not bad timing. im doing the sublingual drops. good thing i asked cuz i was i didnt wait 12 hours yesterday.

hi mamaclok! I bought the sub lingual kit from your website and 3 of the 5000iu of HCG from the website you recommmend. Now I'm doing the loading days and tomorrow I start the VLCD. On these past 2 days thehcg didnt seem to take my hunger away... and good thing I'm loading. It seems to me there's so much B12 and little HCG. All I can taste is the B-12 which to me is not so tasty. Although Im not expecting this to taste like chocolate. Is this normal????

@sa8r1n3 Hi- The hunger may not be taken away completely...its normal to feel some hunger when its time to eat. You will feel MORE hunger especially during your first week of vlcd if u loaded more on sugar/carbs more than just fats. Next time u mix...try 9ml b12 + 6ml silver which tastes less like the strong taste of b12.

Hey mamaclok, just a quick question...I could not find the colloidal silver anywhere and I absolutely HAD to start today, so I just mixed my sublingual hcg with bacteriostatic water and added it to the b12...just wondering if I maybe shouldn't have done that and if you think it will still work?

hey mamalock, i ordered the HCG 5000 U.I. pregnyl. I have about 55 pounds to lose.
i was wondering if id still lose 1-2 pounds a day vs the 10000 U.I. what is the average amount of fat loss per day for a male on the 5000?

@ukglargi1 If you got the 10000 iu then that just means you ordered double the amount I showed here in the mixing video-don't take double the dose though! More hcg does not mean better results. You will want to use a total of 30ml of liquid in the hcg and it will last u 30 days if u take .5ml twice a day. Men average 1 lb per day.

@jenlovricky Hi-You double up the recipe for a 10000 iu of hcg. You add a total of 30ml of liquid to the hcg which will give you a 30 day supply dosing the same at .5ml twice a day.

Hello There I always get a joy out of listening to you. I am just starting Phase 3 I guess you call it .My second time on the hcg drops.I lost almost 20 lbs first time took a break and starting back so I guess it is Phase 3 or round 2? .I am excited about it anyways ..size 10 was a 14 .Glory to god.. seems like I had more engery on the diet .

I saw some hcg sponser links. and it seems the are some so called Hcg that already comes pre mixed with ( b12 and coll silv or whatver else ) is this true can it already come premixed and work propertly. i trust you. i see your results and see your decication to this and to us.
