  • @DI4MONDPRiiNC3SS Hi there, every second day to begin with, to give your muscles a chance and there after ( when it gets easier) 6 days a week. It only takes 15 minutes or so, you can do it lying in front of the TV! namaste

  • @MusicdudeAlexa Start off by doing 10 repetitions of each exercise. 6 days a week. You can build up to 50 if you like but make sure you stretch to ease out the muscles. You should notice the difference within 4 weeks. By 10 weeks it will be very noticeable. Hope that helps!

  • Ok, so I don't know that this will give you a bigger butt - this is more about tone. However, if you want to increase your glutt muscles ( in the bottom) then practising shoulder stand and bicycling the legs is a good way to do it.
