mtl canadiens fans aren't all like this, but it sure is fun pissing off the ones that ARE.
all you have to do is look at them and say "1993 was your last cup" and watch em go! They will usually bag on the leafs right off, because thats what habs fans do when backed into a corner. when you tell them that leafs fans expect to lose, it pisses em off even MORE. Try it sometimes, even if you are a habs fan, just to get an overzealous fan riled up and red in the face .

@engrey I agree with you 100% on that one. Small town where I grew up was FULL of habs fans, and back in the day when pittsburgh won back to back stanley cups, all of a sudden they were almost all wearing pittsburgh jerseys n hats.
2 years after tehy won the cup and weren't showing much promise, there wasn't a penguins jersey ANYWHERE, and the habs jerseys came back along with, oddly enough, LA kings stuff.

There should be a new rule, fans of teams that did not make the playoffs should not be trash talking fans of teams that did. Your team making the playoffs is the entry fee for talking hockey, otherwise go talk golf.
