he was only revived once he died once at a dealer's place who then proceded to hit him with a bat to try to bring him back. then when it failed he just dumped him in the trash and then he came back on his own I don't know how it's what he wrote in his book. the second was at slash's house where he died and had to be brought back with a defibulator. they were both shooting up and nikki overdosd so slash's girl friend called 911
