  • @BodyBuilders3000 I find it hilarious that you're giving advice to someone who has been lifting for years. The only videos you have is of you curling 80lbs. Your back can't be that far up? Really? Who told you that? You're not strong, you don't know a whole lot about lifting, conclusion... shut the hell up.

  • @nwcomet Probably like 385 lbs.Now I can do 225 x 30-32 and 330-335 x 9-10,max now is 430 lbs

  • @rctriplefresh5 300 x 20 is probaly harder than the 315 x 20 i did here with the trap bar.

  • Yeah I weighed less in this video.I think i weighed about 210-215 lbs.Right now I weigh about 228-230 lbs.That's my brother who spots me.I actually lift at his house.He used to lift for years but doesn't do it so much anymore.

  • A pulled muscle, shoulder-peck area. I train regulary, but must rest from bench-presses for a month. No problem in other exercises. Had the same problem a few years ago with other shoulder.

  • Thanks Dan,yeah my problem is I like to lift weights so much that I train with injuries;then those injuries lag on for months.Right now the things that are bothering me are:right wrist,both shoulders,lower back but none of those so bad that I can't train,just enough to keep me from doing the weights that I want to lift.If I wasn't so addicted I would take a layoff!

  • Thanks Alex,I'm keeping the weights light for a while so I don't mess my back up,because I've had back problems in the past.If i was'nt so winded I could've done 40 reps with that weight.
