But;

Where will we put them? can't throw them in a park and use them for tourists, that's dangerous.

They'll bring extinction to today's animals, which is fine by me since i'd prefer dinosaurs But no so fine with PETA and whoever else...

People will be idiotic and try stealing them and sell them off as pets, hopefully they'll get eaten in the process though.

And hunters will have a ball killing them and selling of their possesions, skin, teeth and as such.

WTF are you talking about? All DNA from all dinosaurs is completely gone, damaged beyond repair, decomposed etc. No matter HOW it is preserved. The oldest DNA we have been able to remotely restore to original condition is that of Neanderthals which probably could be cloned concievably. That was only a couple tens of thousands of years ago though as opposed to 63 million and it took many scientists years. Dinosaurs aren't coming back and no one with a brain thinks they are.

Actually I double checked and not even Neanderthals can be cloned/brought back. It's just mitochondrial dna that was reconstructed.

A lot has changed since the dinosaurs , even if we somehow bring them back with cloning , there is no more room for them in this day and age , plus we don't know wich plants did the omnivores eat , and wich plant from our age are poisonous for them .

I think we would do more damage than good bringing them back .

I think bringing them back is impossible. Not genetically but to sustain life that required a much larger oxygen percentage then nowadays :(. Also who knows how much the earth has evolved with pathogens and how would they adapt to eating our plantlife? DAMMIT IT WOULD BE SO COOL...Sucks...

Yha but wolly mammoth isnt that old, and because of ice climates they are well kept. Dinosaurs are MILLIONS of years old and we have no DNA to get from them. Critons Amber theory was not bad but WAY impossible to map the genome and make a dinosaur
