Does this game have mouse look so that you can move and look like a modern FPS?

Those Orcs didn't have nearly as much as it looked like they were wearing. They must have been polymorphed from dungeon dressing.

Was Elder Scrolls 1 mostly in the dungeon? Do you ever get to go outside to explore?
