THANK YOU!!! When I was a little girl, I wanted to grow up and marry John Wayne. LOL! I watched John Wayne theater with my dad, who was as rugged, manly, and handsome, in my eyes, as John Wayne. And I wanted to grow up to be as beautiful as Maureen O'Hara. They are still the greatest and most romantic couple on the big screen. On September 3rd, I am finally marrying my John Wayne to my Maureen O'Hara so this video made me cry with overwhelming love and joy. Again, thank you.

Why does everybody make a video for them as a couple?They thought of each other as brother and sister.They were best friends and nothing more.

@MMfan1997 Because they played a couple in all 5 of their films....well, that is if you count Big Jake. They played a divorced couple and Maureen was only in the first 20 minutes. If you read my description I state that they were never a couple, but that they had a great love and respect for one another.

Rio Grande was my first Western ever, beeing 6yrs old... Sure there are a lot of so-so flicks with John, but there are also a handful which I would reccomend without hesitation. Big Jake is one of them...

Tosha - I really like this one. You had just the right soundtrack which really evoked the nostalgia. Makes us all wish that somehow we could re-capture that kind of chemistry, honesty, and respect in any relationship....one or off the screen. It was the body of work teaming Maureen and Duke that started my adventure back in 1995 and my goodness what a road I've traveled! It's so refreshing to see someone from your generation recognize the significance of the film legacy of Duke and Maureen.

Which film of theirs have you seen? The first time I ever saw these two was in The Quiet Man. I was about 8 years old when I saw it and the film has been my absolute favorite ever since. You really need to devote some time to see the others, believe me, it will be worth it.
