I remember seeing this too in 1990. Poor girl. Why are there people who are so nasty? I think the same guy reconstructed the unidentified victim of the King's Cross Fire in 1987 who wasn't identified until 2004.
I second that! I remember seeing this case featured on Crimewatch in 1990 and I was stunned by all the forensic work that had been used to identify Karen, and I've been fascinated by forensic science ever since. I think this was the first time in which DNA evidence had been used to positively identify a murder victim.
Was this a tv show with actors or are these people the real people who were involved in the crime?

@judy4justice It's a UK TV show where actors play out the scene of a real crime as the Police ask for the public's help in catching the criminals.
