The best part of the game is just the fact that each broom is different and behaves differently. On ice, i doubt everyone would be able to move the same, so thats something like the different brooms i think... Especially the chase for the snitch would be soooooo awsome on ice imo. :D

seriously though, quidditch involves an incredible amount of athletic ability. It combines multiple sports, and you have to manage to play all of those sports one-handed as you have a broom. It is about so much more than just trying to be like Harry Potter in the books. The game brings together people of both sexes and places them as equals-something that does not occur often enough in this world. You have to be tough to play, as it is a full-contact sport.Also, incredibly entertaining to watch!

@jasonkirchman as much as i dislike using the word "gay", i need to agree. I think im actually insulted that they did this to my favourite sport......i mean, the MAIN part about it is that its played ON broomstick, not on the ground with a sick between your legs. and the snitch? omg that was just...no...Noooooo. & wat about those brooms? theres not even a model for shit as dumb as that, it would never fly even i they Could do magic. which they cant.

I find this fun. It would be amazing if Quidditch was considered a REAL sport. I don't like sports AT ALL, but I think Quidditch would be so much fun to play!! I follow this better than football... ^^"

@jessifyANDjamesify Every one says that, but the broom sticks aren't actually that uncomfortable, you just have to get used to the feeling of it and it will just feel natural.
