@IMightBeAGeek What's the difference between persona 3 pes and persona 3 portable? i never played those games before.. but i remember playing persona 3 pes on ps2 but i'm not sure.
@MillenniumEarl014 The PSP version is a port of FES, there aren't any anime cutscenes, but I believe you can choose to play as a female and also gain full control over the party. Movement outside of Tartarus isn't 3rd person, but it's a bit quicker. It's pretty much exactly the same (awesome) game.
Great choices, always great to see PSP love in Oz, played everything on your list except DJ Max, which I believe never got a PAL release. My no.1 would be Peace Walker, which blew way. The fact they could build the biggest and deepest Metal Gear on the PSP mind blowing. No. 2 would be Valkyria Chronicles II, similar reason to Peace Walker, they made a sequel to a PS3 game on the PSP that was better. No. 3 would be the Syphon Filter games, been a fan of the series since 2001.

As for DJ Max, 'Fever' is the only one of the series released outside of Asia, it's got a silly auto-correct mechanic but it's better than a foreign language :P And yeah, I still can't believe how much content Peace Walker contains, you could lose weeks playing it! I would LOVE to play through it co-op but don't know anyone else willing to try it with me.

The "wonderful" thing about Final Fantasy IV is that there is no ultimate version of the game. The SNES was horrendously translated, the GBA port was riddled with slowdown, the DS version was ungodly difficult and suffered from a horribly verbose translation and the terrible Augment system, and Final Fantasy IV for PSP suffers from extra content that verges on fan fiction.
@ForgottenAli Haha, hey now, consider those issues as 'quirks' :P I originally played FFIV on DS and loved the difficulty, so playing it on PSP feels so different. I'm yet to really get into the extra content though I hear it breaks the 4th wall something severe...Still, FFIV is a long running favourite of mine so I'm just happy to have it on my favourite little handheld!

Have you heard of a game called "Orcs Must Die" It's a new game, basically a 3rd Person Tower Defense game and it is really fun.

And you should play Disgaea 1. It's better n stuff. You play as a hero in Disgaea 2 which is just plain wrong for the franchise.
