The whole thematic endings thing doesn't work out when there are a multitude of things like demonsratives or conjunctions that break the rules.
And conjugating for three (!) tenses is both one tense too many compared to certain languages that get by with fewer obligatory tenses, and alien to people with aspect dominant languages. (Those just so happen to make up a majority outside of Europe.)
And case is entirely unnecessary to inverting word order.
Very interesting video, but I think it would be very informative to include english subtitles. The first section, with all the interviews didn't make much sense to me.
