actually that is just one of my various ice baggy's

i am a lil broken right now

but it is the leg that has been messed all my life and gets injured during all my athletic escapades

so doctor wants me to go to PT

i need to balance out the muscles and flexibility in that leg (in my whole body really)

i have to start doing "sports injury prevention" stretches/exercises etc...

yeah i heard this song in Jenyne Butterfly's video (latest i believe) i LOVED it!

so yeah you top arm is straight then the lower has a slight kink in it. what do i think about when i dance? or when doing the split grip? ;-)dancing is like meditation for me i am able to let the whole world melt away.
