Yeah it was good i guess but wen you do yer 1/12 toss DONT JUMP!!!! God its my #1 pet peeve and honestly i used to do it too wen i first started and if u do it more you'll build more upper body strength but wen i video taped myself i thought i was a failure it looked terrible and just keep trying and it'll go away :D

no its ok. go to any hardware store and ask for a 1 1/2 inch bolt. its like 50 cents. you just put one in the top of your flag under the stopper

thanks! but my most recent solo is soooooo much better. this is an aluminum 6 ft pole. but the silk is for a 5 1/2 because i didnt have a 6 ft silk.

you have to pass it all the way through and grab it with your other hand. i will admit its not an easy move to learn but it is fun!
