Right ok. I wonder if this is the best advert for the program. I think this guy seems to need to work on a number of areas such as hitting pitches correctly (often flat), and particularly placing his vowels correctly, relaxing the jaw, and balancing resonances.
@TryingOutSongs I think what's most important is that this guy is happy with the course and clearly he has improved. People improve at different rates and paces, he still needs a lot of work but the improvement is apparent.
That's a major improvement right there :)
