i just shot a rock launcher in the guys mouth when he opened it and it killed him in 6 shots under a minute

@A5HT0N100 DLC's increase lvl, i have all of the DLC's and the level cap right now is 69 without modding and i have a 69 soldier beaten the whole game several times on both play throughs and i know just about everything you need to know
