The only time it will be accurate is when African start taking statistics on themselves. From diseases to poverty and life expectancy, and put an end to other people telling them their status. But life expectancy is an average, and what you are forgetting is the infant mortality rate in these countries due to disease and the health conditions of the mothers at the time of delivery.
