I sat in the interior of a silver on black 2010 LS460, and I absolutely loved it. Reminded me of being in a laid back cocoon like an XJ. The door panels were all lined in soft leather too. Very nice place to be.
This car kicks ass. The only thing I don't like is in the HUD, all the indicator lights on the sides of the speedometer (ex. at 0:34). That cheapens the look of the car. It should have text that tells all of that or something, just not the same indicators that are on Toyotas.
There's a reason for that. They will never, EVER break down. The same can't be said for the text-like indicators you mentioned found in other cars, they can be notorious for having electrical failures over time. Any time anything on a Lexus looks cheap or too "Toyota", the reasoning behind it is usually because the part or feature will last forever & Lexus chose to take the substance over style route which is one thing Lexus has always been known for & what their owners & fans love about them.

You obviously know nothing. Lexus are the most reliable & durable cars in the world. I have a '92 LS & everything still works perfectly, especially the engine. Toyota makes amazing larger engines, the 4.0 V8 in my LS has had barely any problems at all & the mileage is 385,000. I guarantee you this new LS will last longer than an Merc S or BMW 7 & have A LOT less problems. Also, this car has the 5 litre V8 hybrid, the 4.6 is in the non-hybrid LS, so it just porves how much you know about this car

i really hate the digital clock and big speedometer , also dash might be of a very good leather but still kinda looks plasticy . i mean comparing to a 7 series or a S class lexus must have done much much better .
