@Scarecrow345, i havent logged into gw in a looooooong while. But if i remember right, lowest armor rating you can buy, if you didnt keep your original armor. Then superior derv runes to get ur hp to 130. past that energy spec runes.

i think.... like i said its been a while, not to mention i think there was a nerf to this, but im not 100% on that either. GL!
