  • After seeing this video I went and took the class! I learned so much, a lot of basics as well as how to cook with the local items...Scott is a great & fun teacher! :-)

  • Looks great! You know, I live in France, and what they eat daily is very "simple palate," too. They don't like sauces, lots of complex flavors. They tend to want to taste a little of each food as plain as possible. No heavy spices. Uprated. "Less is more!"

  • @mejt223 Yeah,,it was..... good Costa Rica INFO too about the culture and cuisine...and the place is B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L! and of course the fact that some of the proceeds go to help the street dogs.
