The long piece of asphalt in this alley, is it because they have done some work there, pipes or wires? Or is there some other use for it, fixing quake damage?
@SossarHatarSverige It was work on pipes I think. This area wasn't seriously damaged during the 3/11 quake last year. I didn't see when they were working on it, but I've seen pipe work on other roads that then ended up looking like this. - LHS
