NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW!!! Accountability is a "must" in a civilized country subscribing to the rule of law!!! Torture is a war-crime according to us-law and acc. to the Geneva Convention.. War-criminals must be prosecuted!!!

all presidents/politicians want to be above the Law... we the ppl should not let obama or anyone else establish this, because the alternative is dictatorship/tyranny!!!!

For a "change" the president should just protect the constitution and the rule of law!!!!

Why does the US still use archaic measures like torture and preemptive war? Yet we want to turn around and scorn others for using these methods. I'd imagine in those torture chambers one could not distinguish who the "terrorist" was, the captor or the captive.

Regardless of Jimmy Carter's presidential record, he is absolutely correct on this issue.

Who cares what one of the worst presidents in history has to say! Carter GAVE the U.S owned/maintained Panama Canal to Panama(poor, no source country) then China came in and now owns/miantains the Panama Canal. Carter was just a Kissinger/Rockefeller puppet. Carter is an absolute idiot. I had to live through his awful presidency.

I strongly suspect the reason the pictures are not released is they depict another prison, not Cuba. This would indicate torture was more widespread than originally told. (isolated incident)
