  • hi anasf69 - can you tell me which bit? its been a while since i made the video - the p-value or significance will change depending on the other variables in the model, and it is testing that the slope is zero - so a significant p-value means it is unlikely to have observed the data is there truly was no relationship between the dependent and independent variables, hence we conclude the slope is non-zero (and use the fitted value) but we don't actually test this value directly...

  • I cannot get what you said on the meaning of significance on the independent variables. Could you write it down please.
