it's so close to the water, everything gets wet, and rust in 3 months
the designer forgot the waves, when there is wind ther are waves, and that thing would capsize pretty quick. nice video, but don't bother make a prototype, it's definitely not the technology that will save the world.

One Problem: It is not tall enough. On ground level, there is less wind than in about 100m above. So you should build it in large scale. :)
