Its like you guys think that if something isn't heavy it isn't creative or good. if every band on the radio was heavy and screamed you'd probably bitch that all your bands you listen to are too "mainstream"

Just one question, really @EliasSmeeus... How many artists in the history of music have explored their creativity and came up with new material that didn't sound exactly like their previous work?  That's what it's all about to these guys. They do this because they love to make music and explore their sound. Can't damn an artist or band for doing that. You have to at least respect them, whether you don't like the music now or not.

Well, first of all I didn't write that they "were still metal" and neither I claimed that they are "heavy". I just said that I think they sound good and this has nothing to do with their previous records, it's just my opinion, you don't have to like it. I still think their other albums are great, but you have to accept the kind of music they are playing now. That doesn't mean you have to like it.

But I totally get that you are maybe disappointed about their new sound...

@EliasSmeeus Listen to the other songs man, they are solid. Just because there isn't constant screaming and drop A guitars doesn't mean they aren't hard. I see what you mean. This is pretty soft. But listen to songs like Tale of the Runaways and Just Wanted to Make Mother Proud and The Day Hell Broke Loose at Sicard Hollow. They aren't brutal and hardly contain heavy guitars but the albums still rock
