@socalpimp1974 and yet you have people every day paying 50K plus for re-badged Chryslers (Benz's), almost 70K for modified VW's (Audi and Porsche), and 60K for over-priced Camry's (Lexus)...and you want to bitch and moan about what you THINK looks like a 40k Hyundai? the ONLY car with symmetrical AWD, a 2.5L turbocharged engine with 305 hp, 296 ft-lbs of torque, room for 5...and given enough skills can be taken OFF the showroom floor into a rally race...what car do you have that can compare?

I'm thinking of trading my 08 STI for the 2011... but not sure if I'm going for the '11 WRX Limited or STI limited..

2011 sti: lighter than my 08, better suspension, lighter bbs rims than my 08, moonroof, leather seats. BUT, I could get the loaded WRX and save me about 8k. I even found a kit to install the STI win onto the WRX sedan.. VERY tempted to get the WRX over the sit.. :S

1st: The only reason its 0-60 time isn't amazing is you have to shift to 3rd just before 60mph. I'm sure the same thing happens in the quarter mile. More shifts = slower times. BUT take it to a track and you'll be thankful you have more gears.

2nd: The LIMITED edition is heavier then base sti's which will make it slower. The lighten BBS wheels do not make up for that fact.

Do some research and use your brain before jumping on 2011 wrx > sti bandwagon

It's a shame the WRX is faster than the STi and costs 8k less. I was thinking about getting one until I found this out. Of course the STi has a lot more modding potential etc. They offered me an STi for 32k and some change with 4.9% unless they could get me qualified for the 2.9% special financing.

@danthaman409 The stock 09 and 10 wrx have faster 0 to 60 times than both the STI and EVO(stock). So all I am sayins is with about 2 to 3 grand more( high flow exhaust and Accessport) you have something that not much can touch(0 to 60) The only thing that has beat me, on the street was a right side drive Skyline with a roll cage. I roast modded STi's, Evo's, Mustang's, they are simply heavier car's.

@wrxi265 you're justifying a purchase of a wrx as opposed to the sti which is fine...you're gonna get what you want but here's the FACTS: the STI has DCCD, 6 speed manual, and the si-drive...upgrades that would justify the cost difference between the wrx and sti...now 0-60 means shit...because the STI is a RALLY car...designed to go fast around corners. Any idiot can drive fast in a straight line...how well can you fair in a REAL race?

stifromdsm. the only way you can get the sunroof is to get the sti limited. they start at 37k i believe. you could also get a 2007 sti limited.

Couple of questions as I think I saw a sunroof on there and I also plan on getting a '11 white STi. How much is that option? I really like having a sunroof and would love that as an option and to not have to buy the limited. What kind of APR rate did you get on it? 3.9%? 4.9%? Get back to me when you get a chance.
