Im in Eau Claire, and they have found like 5 white college males in age 21-25 or so in the river, all drunk, all leaving bars or parties. Last one was a track star and wrestler to, very fit. his blood alcohol was .19 which isnt eveough to make me wanna go jump in a river....think last one was mexican or somethin though eh lol
@steryle1 I have heard that GHB can slow down the body's ability to break down alcohol. That might explain why some of these SF victimes have such high levels of alcohol even after being in the water.

They are saying that someone drowned him, held his head underwater with force enough to kill him and that he struggled and fought enough to have reached up and back pulling out his own hair but his "flimsy costume shirt" remained tucked in? I would think struggling on the ground would have resulted in the shirt coming untucked (he reached up and around at least as far as his own head) and even maybe his shoes being kicked off. Why d they think his head was head was held underwater?

Everyone should realise there are serial killers killing these men. The different smiley faces located everywhere near the crimes does not make sense according to the FBI. But its simple there are more than one killers and each has there own distinct smiley face. The killers are druging the victims and its all about torture and control not sexual. The killings occuring in different states is a mystery but it may be that these killers are competing against each other for number of kills.!

I work in College Public Safety and I can tell you that the only " Smiley Faced Killer" is ALCOHOL. Parents have NO IDEA what goes on at college. I've seen students do things that parents wouldn't believe their kids would do in a MILLION YEARS because at college, ANYTHING GOES BABY!!!. These Detectives should give very little weight as to what the parents of the victims believe.. or smiley faces as there are literally ZILLIONS of them.

This makes me so angry that local police won't believe this smiley face stuff.
