  • I wish the current 2011 model version of this was made this way. This (I think older?) version seems to be better thought-out.

  • I've learned to never as you said "Cheat yourself" And attempt to complete your bicep routines by doing crunch type curls, now alternate curls, or "21's" like curl from waist to chest 7reps and the from shoulder to chest 7 reps, then 7 full curls. Works wonders!

  • @supah1337B I love my 21's - I do them with squats and bench presses on the Multi System.

  • @SamsFitnessComAu I need to get over whatever is holding me back from benching :( When I get in i bench 65, the 95, then I don't bench for a week or a month, when I come back I do the bar, then 65, and then feel to weak to do 95(lbs). I can curl a good 48(lbs) on an EZ curl bar, but my triceps need work. And Extensions etc. don't seem to work. Any tips on progressing with the benchpress? thanks :)

  • @supah1337B Hey you should joing the VPX sports forums and you can ask Lee Priest personally, he is on there nearly every day. Just tell him that Sam sent you and he will look after you!

  • Does the preacher attachment come with the multi system as standard? Or do you need to buy it as an addition?

  • @hazza0080 you may already have heard the answeer to this from another video or by researching it but incase you have, the anser is yes the preacher attachment comes with the gym and so do other attachments.
