Actually it has been only 2 years that Harper has been PM. In that time the economy (GDP) has contracted. Numerous plants have been shut in Ontario including GM. Job growth has slowed. He has extended the time our troops are being killed in Afghanistan. All we are fighting for is a pipeline in southern Afghanistan and payback for 911 which the US had coming.

Harper backed Israel's invasion of Lebanon. 2 CDN UN troops were killed by Israel & UN Secretary General Kofi Annan said it was deliberate. Harper said he didn't believe it. At that moment Harper put Israel's political considerations before Canadian soldier's lives. He should have demanded an inquest into their killings. Harper doesn't give a shit about Canadian troops only his own political future & his neocon agenda. At that moment I knew Harper would NEVER gain this Conservative's vote.
