@VoodooMagicMan Why would they bring the price of oil down? They know we will pay a lot for it, becuase we need it to get to work. You can't take over a countries oil without fighting them either. When you're drilling in other countries (no matter if we are in war with them or not) then you have to have military their so the workers don't get attacked. In Saudi Arabia we are allowed to drill, but we have military personnel their to protect them, because some people disagree with it.

Actually I don't drive a car, public transport is alot more environmentally friendly and whether I use oil or not is not the point... the point is that I wouldn't try to steal a developing country's limited chance at growth and financial stability. Whether or not you use oil is exactly the point. Industrialized nations, including Austrailia, need lots of oil to remain industrialized. A highly developed and economically thriving nation like the U.S. has to be greedy and steal raw resources in order to continue to develop and thrive. If America had its own oil they would not invade Iraq but they dont so we have to steal it from somebody.

Iraq doesn't just have lots of oil, it has sweet crude which is like top sirloin as far as oil goes. It doesn't require as much processing and its high in energy. Anyways, its not so much about oil, but its about establishing the US dollar in Iraq and creating banks so they that can make money from credit. its a crime either way.

The goal of the USA and CIA is to keep the civil war going so Iraqi people will not unite. The Golden Mosque bombing was actually done by the CIA to increase sectarian tensions. One thing the US doesn't want is a unification of Sunni and Shiite. That would mean a loss, no question.
