@BrazilRacer google "third age total war" and there should be downloads for it just download the parts and the 2.1 patch and its ready to play. you need kingdoms for medieval 2 to play it though best off with the gold edition of medieval 2

@eldasralmal you can't play this from Rome.actually Rome has its own LOTR game mod called the fourth age..this Third age mod is free to download if you have M2TW and it add on Kingdoms.this mod is very good,a big campaign ,custom battles ..and another campaign called fellowship of the ring if I remember right...haven't tried that though.

@eldasralmal well I went to third age total war website (google it!) and downloaded it .it was in two parts if I remember.it is large file,around 3gigs.first download third age 2.0 then the patch 2.1..once I downloaded 2.0 I tried the game first..it has a installwizard for it,quite easy! it will have a shortcut on desktop too..but be wary of playing seiges on custom battles ,they have a known glitch.but there is a way around it..good luck!

@eldasralmal you know I downloaded it in may so I am going on pure memory here,but on the third age total war site ,in the are where it tells you how to do it,I am pretty sure when u have in downloaded there is also a installwizard for the patch too.so in otherwords the installwizard will place it for u. right now I am working on mordor campaign,but I use create unit cheats..otherwise it takes too darn long to recruit..lol

though the mod was great... in the actual lord of the rings... there were only several hundreds...not thousands of units who fought because of the great losses from the armies of Mordor to the elven and human armies.

If you want those huge numbers... then the second age is for you guys.

@bigjoe777 The garrison of Minas Tirith during the siege was described as few thausands, Rohan armies that aided Gondor had allso several, 7 I think, thausnds. There were several hounderd thausnds of orcs and other creatures under the command of Whitch King and Sauron.

Plus the last alliance took place three thausnd years ago.

@jub662 Gondor, Harad doesnt have the Mumakil enabled where as Gondor has Swan Knights enabled fighting on foot and horseback, Why do all of these videos V.S. Harad always lack Mumakil!? Swan Knights are the Mumakil equivalent. Unless Harad has 1/3 more units then Gondor. Nice video but shit battle _._

You guys at the TW center do awesome work. 3ATW absolutely nailed Tolkien'verse. I played as Misty Mountain Orcs, and was attacked by a Silvan Elves army that I outnumbered 7 to 1. And I was completely screwed.
