Hi Taylor

Try this! Go to settings than WI-FI.

Next - click on your router name than click on the blue arrow next to it

You should now see on the top where it will say Forget this Network - click on it.

Now turn your iphone/pod complety down.

Power it back up go to settings and click on your network and put your password in and you should be all set. Now if you don't know the password, I will suggest you reset your router and reset a new password. Hope this helps!

I had the same problem it depends how many computers you have connected to your Internet if you have about 4 or more it might not work because your router can't handle it hope this helped:)

the tru anser to this problem is to restore ur ipod touch and enter the correct password.i hav a 2wire router too and the password is between the 2 barcodes that are above the 2wire symbol. hope i hav helped you. tell me if you encounter any problems cuz im an expert with apple product

Go onto Wifi -- click the little blue arrow pionting to the right -- go down to the bottem -- renew lease -- home button -- and try safari -- it worked for me hope it works for you! :)

OK i know what u should do pretty girl , first restore u r devise then set it as a new ipod , after that if the wifi steel doesn't work then just go to settings - then wifi - find u r wifi then click on it then when the wifi is loading press the arrow that is beside u r wifi , then u will see on the top it will say forget the network click it and then turn of u r devise for about 10+ minutes .

Turn it back on after 10 minutes , after it turned on go to wifi and click u r wifi. worked on mines.

I-pod touches can only connect to Wireless B and G networks. If you are running a wireless N network, then it will freak out. Switch the router to a wireless B/G network through your router.

the promlem is that is with ur router. with the router it as to turn off some times. so u turn it off for 30sec then put it back on. then go to settings and find the connection and type in ur router password. this always works. good luck.
