@dickdujourr Stacy changed clothes with Gigi in the basement, then Gigi gained enough strength to overpower Stacy and make it as far as the stairs before she passed out again. So Kim, thinking that it was Stacy, actually saved Gigi (who was wearing Stacy's clothes). They showed this in a "flashback" scene a couple of eps back.
