I agree, the terrible singing would throw off alot of people. I did hear a person sticking out in the audience once or twice. The reason that they stuck out was that they were properly harmonizing, which may or may not have been on purpose.

Lol, i know ben personally, he wrote this song a while ago... "I will follow you into the Dark" is a metaphor about if his girlfriend at time would have died, he would "follow her into the dark." AKA- commit suicide. And if heaven and hell decide that they are both satisfied has nothing to do with there being no heaven or hell, hes saying if they dont accept anyone else, as in, they become full.

It's pretty literal, and yes it is a love song (kind of a dark love song, but a love song) I don't know what you are thinking with the "stalker" theory. this song is about that even if there is no heaven or hell he is prepared to go on and "follow his loved one into the dark." and simply put he is telling his love one not to worry about when she dies that she wont be alone for long, "ill be close behind" and ill be there with you even if theres nothing past life, we will be together. no stalking. just to let you know stalking is a form of over obsessive love

First off you all are wrong, hes basically just stating that if his significant other dies he is prepared to go w/ them, hints the begining of the song "Love of mine someday you will die" It truly is a love song of sorts, because even in death you want to be w/ the one you love.

Insults won't get you're opinion across well. Yes, you're first insult was a hyperbole, but it still makes you seem like an asshole. From listening to this song it's obviously about the afterlife , and passing over with a loved one. Just because you think it's about stalking doesn't mean it is. It does sound like he is singing about an ex or former crush, but that doesn't make it a "stalker song".
