randolph is a BEAST
it's really too bad he's stuck in that hell hole of GS. all the interesting cats wind up in LAc, SAC, places like that for their careers to die. plus they play at like 1 o'clock in the morning (east coast)! stop fuckin up california
he was beastly in college. but yea hes not even close to mcgrady id saw hes a perfect mix between K Durant Chris Bosh and Shawn Kemp even though he aint really bangin like the rain man.
Less skills thats a false statement, he was really impressive against the Milwaukee Bucks the other night. He was all over the place, I strongly believe that he will make a huge impact with the warriors. Oh and he is a way better ball handler then Chris Bosh.
what do you mean less height less skills than chris bosh. anthony randolph is gonna be a beast. His ball handling is better than bosh. His skills is getting there and will be better than bosh's do time.
The Warriors might have gotten the steal of the draft. One of the most versatile and talented players in the draft. Shouldve went a lot higher. I see him as a better shooting, more athletic Lamar Odom in the future.
amazing what all he can do at 6'10-6'11. he is not done growing yet. imagine him being 7 foot playing the 3 position.. wow. the warriors are harvesting many young upcoming players with a lot of promise and potential(randolph, wright) look out for golden state in a few years.
I agree, but he is extremely flimsy, he needs to bulk up and add some muscle to that slender frame. And I'll guarantee that he'll do some serious damage to opposing players.
@WLhokies Yeah, its hard to gauge where a kids head is at. Randolph has the talent and has shown flashes at times. But talent only takes you so far when you head aint right and dont put in the work to get better.
He has amazing potential because at the moment he is a bit raw and lacks a few of the basic fundamentals. Imagine how could of a player he will be after one season or so in the NBA
trade harrington to the bulls 4 hinrich n u got hinrich monta jackson randolph n beadrins starting. maybe throw josh smith into the mix and golden state will be just as good as they were with baron and j-rich. We Believe
The Warriors don't look for Big Strong centers, we can clearly see they want Either Small agile lengthy Centers or Lengthy PFs that can initiate the break and Rebound.
Wussup Brandon... Here's some advice from a fellow skinny fellow turned big. For the next 6 months, eat about four to five bowls of oatmeal per day. I have a similar body type as you do and it helped me gain a good 20 pounds, and I'm still getting bigger. I PROMISE it'll help you gain that weight and become a dominant big man. Anything to help my Warriors!!!
this kid is a perfect fit for the warriors...me at 6'7 198 pounds would never think i would weigh more than a top pick at 18 lol, but with baron davis at the point and with anthony's rebounding and speed it should be a fun thing to watch...if he works hard this kid will be a sleeper
I agree with you, I don't believe in that "he's too skinny crap anymore" Kobe, Garnett, Tayshaun Prince, Chris Bosh they're still skinny and look at them now. I'd rather have them then Nene Hilario, Kwame Brown, Eddie Curry.. Where are those guys now?
Randolph shot 46% in college where he is 6 11'. That is horrible. He is even less built than Thomas. Thomas' PER was one of the best among rookies in 2007. Good luck seeing Randolph in the top 20.
what does that show that he did most of the work?? I mean sure he did but when LSU lost (which was very often) they lost big, so they weren't a particularly good team either... hopefully some of the veterans can instill a winning attitude into him. GO WARRIORS!
first of all thank you for this video i have been waiting to actually watch this guy play and not just read scouting reports...WITH THE SIXTH PICK IN THE 2008 DRAFT THE NEW YORK KNICKS SELECT...ANTHONY RANDOLPH POWER FORWARD OUT OF LSU!!!! We need a big who can run the court...block shots and create in D'antoni's system alla Amare...Beginning of the next Knicks Chapter
Wow this guy has the most upside after rose, beasley and maybe mayo, athletic big man that can post, handle the rock and shoot long range? good kid too? whooo Baby! would LOVE him on the KNICKS... only thing he needs to put on a few pounds so its probably gonna be a year or two b4 he can really contribute - tough choice for Walsh and D'Antoni... Westbrook would prob be the next best choice, i'll take him over gordon and bayless, more of a truer point guard, but then we got nate getting better...
The knicks are going to draft a player by the name of Keith Brumbaugh.. he is already working out with them, and he is 6'9, athletic and has a tremendous upside (Draft him in the second round that is) so I doubt that they would take two of the same in one draft, I see them going with a guard with their first round selection...
Its funny because Anthony Randolph is still a developing prospect 3 years into his career.
