I also sang this at Karaoke - tonight - and must say that, although I hadn't practised it at all and I was worried it was going to be too high for me, I did fine. I really enjoyed it and will definitely do it again.

I sang this once at Karaoke, and luckily I had practiced it a lot beforehand, so I actually managed to nail it down right. A guitarist friend of mine, who I'd jammed with a lot, asked WHO wrote it! I teased him about that !

Definitely heard him do it worse! All the harmonies are there, and his guitar player is nailing that slide-y part. Also he's doing it in the original key - nothin but respect for that as so many people half his age drop things by a tone, sometimes more when playing live. By the way anyone who's never heard A Cappella should check it out immediately! Mid-80s TR album that will blow your socks off, it's really something special...

I came to say this. His voice is wayyyyy way way way deeper in this video than I had even expected. I know that your range diminishes somewhat as you get older, but this is almost like a completely different singer.
