@ThingxHulk No he's not. Spidey is Marvel's Everyman. He doesn't live in a mansion, & he's not an overhyped deucebag living in a cave. He's a new-wave superhero who struggles in the real world as an average joe on the flipside of the coin. That's why he's the most well-known.
