can yuh please tell me why when i try to down load it my computer restarts ! but then it ends up dowanloading but then when i click to open the file i downloaded it restarts again!!!! WHYY !!!! (dont have the cd thingy)

I recently bought a Blakberry bold 9000, I'm from Lisbon, Portugal. Then I made an update through your web page, and the update only operates in english. I'm trying to search for a new update that can operates the phone in portuguese again, but I could'n find one not even on your web sites and not even with the portuguese operator, TMN, who sold it to me. Can you help me find an update for my phone in portuguese?
