  • As a Canadain i am ashamed that these people are willing to die for non whites but refuse to stand up here in Canada and fight for me a WHITE MALE,we are persecuted like no race ever and this is every day white people are treated and viewed as sub human, you want to be heros? come fight for my rights in in anti-white Canada

  • my step brother went to afganistan as a sergent in the 12iem blindé from valcartié,couple of month ago,he start to have nightmare and "come back" from the fight he have been trew,he is now diagnostic of stress-post traumatique syndrom,i hope he will get better soon.sory for my bad english

  • Thanks, man. A really nice recognition.

  • my cousin has been to afganhistan with the canadian army 5 times and i am very proud pf that. you guys are a great army to stay safe. from A proud canadian

  • ciromantique: absolutely!!!! I LOVE MY COUNTRY, CANADA!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i dont have a problem with americans but i dont agree with their government very much. hopefully canada tightens its relationship with china because that's the country that will rule the world in the future.

  • CANADA, FUCK YEAH! i love my country! there is no tougher sonofabitch than a Canadian soldier. Unfuck yourselves rest of the world.

  • To americans and Canadians i am a candian signing up for the forces in a year 17 just got a year to go and my message here it to the both of you SHOW SOME FUCKING RESPECT you have assholes everywhere deal with it dont label all people like that im canadian and have come across quite a few prick americans but it goes both ways ive come across alot of canadian thats were assholes to so just enjoy the video pay respects to you country because we have our difference but Canada,US,UK=Brothers in arms

  • To all my Canadian friends, the Americans on here who talk a lot of shit about Canada are American rejects, just like those Canadians on here who do likewise. You must ignore these lefty rejects for what they truly are, assholes! They talk big on the computer behind the keyboard but would run like the little sissies if they were ever confronted by a real man.Consider the source and ignore them.Do not answer them back because then you'll be only dignafying what they're saying. And they have no dignity!

  • Jeremiah....You said "we aren't the Americans lap dogs but when they need us we'll be for them"well said but that goes both ways and always has!As a Combat vet myself I'd like to thank you for your service.Be safe, keep your head down, kick ass and take names!AIRBORNE!

  • Great Video, but let's get one thing straight,I as an American have nothing but the utmost of respect for the courages men and women from Canada who are in this fight along side of us!As for the Americans who disparage Canada on here, they're a distinct minority! We have, in equal numbers,Canadians,,that are just as disparaging toward Americans. And that's a good thing because one idiot cancels the other idiot out and the rest of us can enjoy eachothers company!

  • I had a SGT in my BMQ who liked to call us (Canadian troops) "The Quiet Professionals". We don't need fanfare, or jingoism, or big budgets. We just go in, do our jobs the best we can, and get out.

But it's nice to be recognized. Thanks.

  • @orchidtender Better you than the anxious ones. I can relate.

This somewhat jingoist video was a guilty pleasure for me. But despite what detractors might say, I eventually learned my American patriotism through my "jingoism"

And who can say that others can learn from the same path I did? Not me. That much I can tell you.

  • Thanks for this video..it shows not all Americans are anti Canadian Bastards

  • @MQ9Reaper100 Hell, you guys are closer to legalizing the God-made herb than we are; you must be doing SOMEthing right! LOL!

  • I'm a Canadian soldier I'm glad too see people who look through it all and see what matters, we aren't the Americans lap dogs but when they need us we'll be for them

  • I think most Americans know in their heart that Canadian people are with them. I remember 9/11 and the diversions of hundreds of commercial flights scheduled to land in the US to our country, how the good folks of Gander, Newfoundland open their homes to those forced to land on our side of the border. I remember a passenger interviewed on CNN that day who said, "They're always there for us. The Canadians and the Brits. Thank you."

I hope we'll stand together against the coming tyranny.

  • «If I had Canadian soldiers, American technology and British officers, I would rule the world»

    Winston Churchil

  • thank you for this

  • As the daughter of a Canadian Air Force soldier and the sister of a Afghanistan war veteran... thank you for this tribute...

  • Lol @ Canadians with a raging inferiority complex. I'm a Canadian who travels extensively down in the States. They fucking LOVE Canada, or at least don't have bad things to say about us.. I get free drinks anyways.

  • @knightoflambda You don't get fuck all. You are a crazy bag of shit.

  • @cf80to01 lol what?

  • @knightoflambda You travel throughout the USA and get lots of free drinks because you are Canadian. Bullshit. Plain and simple narcissism. Your eyes must be brown because you are full to the brim of shit.

  • @cf80to01 I still don't know how I got your dick all hard with internet rage, but you chose to interpret my weeks-old humor in the worst possible way. If you think what I said was the whole story, you're an idiot. Now that I know you're a complete cocksucker, I won't bother clarifying my comment.

  • @knightoflambda I'm a Canadian who travels extensively down in the States. They fucking LOVE Canada, or at least don't have bad things to say about us.. I get free drinks anyways.....That is what you said. What is the rest of the story? PS, I can see you are fascinated with penis, but that is not really relevant to the story (unless you have tourettes)

  • As a Canadian. I'm deeply moved that someone sees our strength, our sacrifice. Most Americans view us as weak, when that is clearly not the case. Thank you for breaking the norm and seeing us as your friends, your allies, and your brothers in arms.

  • @Perbear213 You'd be surprised how many Americans actually don't hate Canada. It's a myth. Americans make fun of Canadians just like Canadians make fun of Americans. It's just back and forth insults, no real hate. It's like someone from Chicago calling someone from New York stupid. It's just a territorial thing, we don't actually hate each other, let alone Canadians.

  • Thanks for respecting are troops.

  • thank you

  • I like the comment by DjonX7 about it being just practice! Just another day at the office for them! Thank all of you who have served no matter the country...well as long as you are in NATO LOL!

  • im from canada. my dads best friend was killed in afghanistan while trying to protect one of his buddies

  • Lol "That's it boys, give it to em. Put a fuckin' fresh mag on, yeah that's right, good job." These wars are just practice for the Canadian infantry.

  • As a proud Canadian, I have to admit, on those few occasions where Americans say disparaging things about Canada or Canadians, it's largely in response to some dumbass Canadian saying something bad about the U.S. I for one am both grateful and proud to have the U.S. as our closest friend and ally. Too often America is a better friend than Canada deserves. Thanks, QuartuvLarry.

  • @dcyates Wanna hear another good thing about you guys? Your country declared bisphenol A as a toxin. Wish we would....!

  • the 3 dislikes need to suck my ovum-like balls!

  • Probably the best music I have seen on any military tribute video. All the rap, metal, electronica etc. just doesn't stack up against a good epic orchestral score.

  • Man its great to see this ive trained with many American soldiers before Marines and all. Im proud as a Canadian to have them as allies though our PR with their civies arnt the greatest lol

  • @AngeloNiklis End it here, if you like, sir. Want to take the conversation elsewhere, then? I think open dialogue with folks to the north is a good thing. You guys might preserve record of what happens here if tyranny befalls us.

  • So how many extremist fucks left our world that day?

  • Thank you Sir. Blood is thicker than water or oil.

  • DiemacoC7 FTW!

  • Thank you for the great video

  • Thanks man you made my day :)

  • i am proud to be canadian and thanks for this vid

  • Finally a American who doesn't bash on Canadians..... Thx for the vid.

Pte Huang Sig op for 2 years

  • I am an ex-member of the Canadian Forces (1960's). My great uncles served in WW1, my uncles in WW2, all before the U.S. arrived. I served with compradres who were in Korea. My newphew served in Bosnia and Afghanastan. We have been there. I really, really appreciate this video. Canada, although has a small military force, they professional and effective.

  • thank you im a proud member of the Canadian forces and im happy to see some Americans recognizing our troops!

  • As a former Canadian military member, this brought me to tears. Great video of what goes on over there.

  • I'll always remember the face of US troops when they saw our tanks comming to the rescue in Panjwa'i, Afghanistan. Thank you for the video.

  • Real men doing what real men do. They don't need someone to tell them that they're good. They just do their job and prove it! God bless you all!

  • Thank you from Canada.

  • Rest assured they're will always be individuals out there with opinions that don't matter: Don't get yourselves so caught-up with these types that have nothing good or positive to say. I have been so blessed to have served beside and with my Canadian brothers. You can hang-out at my camp fire anytime.

  • I fought beside Canuks and mighty glad I had, they're right up there with their brothers who fought at Pashendale in WW1, landed in France, took Antwerp in WW2, fought and bled throughout the hilly and mountainous terrain in Korea...And now my Northern brothers are bleeding beside us again in Afghanistan. They are true Canadian Warriors.

  • Thank you from a current Canadian Soldier. Brothers in Arms. Hoowah

  • its about time the canadian forces get noticed over there by americans thank you so much

  • Oh my gosh, thank you so much for this. It's really nice to see an American giving a shout-out to Canadian soldiers. It's truly heart-warming that you took the time to think about them and thank them. Please know that we do the same :')

  • ty, live battle footage?

  • I'm Canadian, There's a large difference between Canada and the US. I was there. I noticed a clear difference. I'm not going to be rude and skeptical towards what I saw. lol

  • proud to be a canadian and proud have the united states as brother and a naibor. oh whait we are the same shit anyways .

  • This video shows that Canadian and Americans are truly brothers in arms. I'm Canadian and I have served (Army- Infantry), and this video just made me want to say thank you to to the man that posted this vid. It makes me so happy that it's evident that Canadian and American troops recognize each other's bravery, sacrifice and courage. Let's also not forget about the British, Australian and German troops that fight with valor in the name of freedom. Once again, thank you so much for this video.

  • Just as well trained as U.S. Army Rangers.

  • finnaly theres an american who dosnt hate us canadians :)

  • @CallOfDutyGuy1019 Well, just trying to keep you guys from invading us out of hurt pride! LOL!

  • We apologize to what happened to Washington, but we forgive you about the Fenian raids! after all, it wasn't you Americans, it was the Irish! HEHE :P

  • @QuartuvLarry d day nuff said for the canadians i just hate the americans who say we do nothing all because of vietnam war

  • @noscopedjfk0 40,000 Canadians served as Americans in the Vietnam war.

  • @QuartuvLarry That and for the most part the trolls... on both sides have no clue what its like to be in the armed forces.... never mind a real fire fight.

  • @QuartuvLarry i know this is a lil late but honestly u guys would cream us

  • @CallOfDutyGuy1019 You don't have to say that. These days, Canada is looking better and better!

  • @QuartuvLarry It is getting better. But, it is the United States. When the US is up against its back, it will not lose a war. What a hell war that would be to put the US against its back. These little wars in iraq and afghanistan aren't serious wars.

  • @QuartuvLarry Infact, these wars in the middle east are just practice for the US and Canada.

  • @DJonX7 It's not practice for those who come back home on the Highway of Heroes with the flag draped over their coffins. It's not really something to shrug off like that.

  • @MsColdCanada Agreed.

  • @CallOfDutyGuy1019 Americans don't hate Canadians, but some Canadians seem to have issues with Americans.

  • Good Video.. Canada fought first in WW-1, WW-2, Korea, and a long period of Liberal governments who raped our armed forces up until Afghanistan..Now she has the best small army in the world and something to build on for the future..as a Canadian I see no need to point out the flaws of others and when they were forced to join the good fight.

  • @paulfromdonmills Canada fought in a lot more wars than that.

  • hi canadian ,ontario, Hamilton 19 yeas old it is great to see this tribute because no one my age or any one talk about are troops even when im out with my friends n i see a canadian soldier no one stop n say hi or does anything so it is great to see are neighbours recognize our troops . RESPECT to u ! .

  • whats this from?

  • Brothers in arms

  • @ThatPerson101 Well, hell. I figure if you can deliver actors with a bad-ass presence like Michael Ironside, y'all can't be all bad! LOL!

  • @QuartuvLarry god bless both canada and the US. the 2 greatest nations on earth. we should not fight we should live peacefully

  • @QuartuvLarry Michael Ironside's brother was my tech teacher in highschool. He looks just like him, only taller and thiner.

  • @QuartuvLarry Hey, check out this guy's comments on this video and tell me he knows something about Canadians ;). /watch?v=wvGneffJ48k

  • @koolsmegel10 Video won't play. But you don't need my opinion so much, as I don't know that many Canadians personally. This is merely showing my appreciation for guys who were no less brave in Afghanistan than I was.

  • @QuartuvLarry Haha I know, some kid was thinking that canadians didn't do anything in WW1 WW2 "Cold war" And Iraq

  • @koolsmegel10 i dont htink we had much to do with iraq? lol just sayin

  • Thanks for this

  • @Darkstarlegend Ahh... I figured, why not? I loved Heavy Metal! Hehe!

  • Thank you my Yankee brother. I'm so proud to fight by your side . We are one people but different countries. We have always fought, side by side cause we represent the same values and beliefes

  • im american and i play xbox live and half the people on my friends list are Canadian so once i figure out how to make slideshow tributes im going to make an American US Army And Canadian Army tribute and i love the canadian CADPAT great camo!!!!

  • Semper Fi my Canadian brothers-in-arns...your bravery is always remembered. proud American, proud NY-er grateful that we hav you as neighbors!

  • Thank you for recognizing our countries contribution... and continual contribution...

  • @KelliReimer No, thank YOU for your contribution! Most of my people's aversion to you is purely political. And while I'm definitely not a liberal/socialist/lefty, I can still appreciate the fact that it just takes that extra step outside the demographic to realize there's this entire nation of natural wonders and enjoyable people just north of us. Politics be damned

  • @QuartuvLarry

I am a "lefty" Canadian, but politics doesn't matter. I don't care if you're Republican or Democrat, if you're an American, we've got your back. I proudly fly the Canadian flag, the American flag, and the Union Jack at my house. The politics of it all can go to hell. Respect.

  • Is this an exercise or the real shit?

And brilliant tribute sir! Shame so many Americans give people like you a bad name.

  • @GangsterHutterite Speaking as someone who has been there...I couldn't even tell the difference.

In this day and age, I've become weary of the whole dichotomy of demographics. You might not even like me in a political sense (American conservative, but even THAT defines little these days)

I just know that you guys helped us over there, and I am thankful. Not enough Americans realize you guys are like the forgotten cool stuff in the attic...

  • @GangsterHutterite That was the real shit we treat it like nothing , running across a fuckin road while they are shooting at us is Ballsy.

  • OORAH!! YEAH BOYS FUCK THOSE TOWL HEADS!!

Much respect for you sir, Thank you.

  • thank you that means alot as a Canadian and as a soldier. I Salute you.

  • damn a yankee that shows respect to its allies.lots a respect to you

  • @mac10films No problem. We're more alike than different, after all

  • @MrFreedomrequired I'd certainly be happy to learn

  • mad respect, and sick video!

I find that the most hateful and stupid people just happen to be the loudest

    props from ontario

  • U.S.A & CANADA Blood bro's or sis's for ever

  • If you guys see an American talking sh** 2 Canada don't worry about it Americans love <3 Canadians we just like to lip off LOL

  • We really appreciate our friendly neighbors to the North......Thanks for your service!!!

  • man this canada vs U.S.A thing is geting old

  • I Salute Canadian Soldiers !

  • @MrKaido93 Thank you! All the best to the USA! Our buddies.

  • Yeah , thanks for the post when i saw this vid i was like umm is that for real?!?!? but i appreciate it because i have had family go through the war and they tell me things that noone should live through no matter who you are. Anyay i appreciate this andgood work man :)

  • we were always a sincere ally with americans

  • @jackinsonjoy It has always been a pleasure to serve with you guys. And besides, how different or alien can our nations be?

  • @QuartuvLarry Thank you for the post. I'm proud to call the US a friend. Respect from Canada. We might not say it enough but we really do love our southern brothers!

  • @QuartuvLarry

One of the few differences between Canada and the US is the location of the political centre. Canada is more left-leaning, the US is more right-leaning. But disagreement over politics shouldn't be cause for hatred.

Oh, and one last thing. Thank you, America, for your beautiful women! The girl I've been dating for two years is from Iowa. I'm heading down to Iowa in about a month (I'll probably melt in the heat) and she'll be coming up to Canada (Ontario and Manitoba) with me.

  • @v3ntulus Interesting you should say that. I happen to be from Iowa myself, but am living in Texas (which means, "Shut yo ass up about melting heat in Iowa!" Kidding! LOL!)

You Canadians aren't too different from us anyhow. Just so happens a few of the individuals who opened my eyes to the truth of things were Canadians

  • Other than that put 50 canadians and americans in a room together and talk to eachother.bet you wouldn't even guess whos american or canadian till you asked..

  • @1988scottcarey well we canadians have goofy accents <3 and we say eh so they would probs know.. lol at least when i talk to amerians they are like OHH YOU CANADIAN but i know what you mean ;)

  • God bless america and canada.I live in kitchener ontario,I've got family who lives in the atlanta greater area,The ATL.We recently a few days ago took a trip to upstate new york.I was talking to my aunt's son my cousin when we were gambling, you'd be supprised how americanas are just like canadians and vise versa. It felt i was talking to a canadian only thing that gave it away was the accent on both of us and how we relate back to our countries.Americans and canadians are good people forsure.

  • Comment removed

  • i thank u for the nice vid to us, but we sort of separated in the mid east... we probably wont ever fight wit u again

  • How many they sent out there 100. whoophee

  • T.Y..

  • Thanks there guys , we hold you !!! in high esteem !!!

  • Finally a good american, God bless Canada and the USA!!!

  • @TheMatthew0123 Well, I'm sure there's more good in us than you might expect. There's something to be said about the uses of nationalism, especially in times of war (phony wars that are unreasonably over-extended being the exception, if you know what I mean)

And I'm a conservative patriot (more like a libertarian, these days, I think) but why not recognize our allies? To this Texan, you guys are the cool stuff in the attic everyone else forgot about. There IS life up there, after all!

  • Though there is usually no shortage of praises (and disrespect) for our armed forces, a tribute to their actions and professionalism by our allies and sometimes even by our own, is quite rare and I thank you for this. I'm know my friends serving would be hard press to disagree. I find it funny and strange that our soldiers are decorated more and recognized more by foreign nations then by our very own country. We just like to shake their hands and tell them they're doing a great job.

  • thanks for this buddy, means a lot.

  • Thanks for this video, great job! I like when I see respect for our allied forces, we are on the same team, and am proud for our nation to be fighting along side the Americans, the UK and other allied forces for a noble cause.

  • Thanks, brother.

    OEF VI; TF 1-08

  • thank you

  • Thanks!!! We should always be honoured as a great team!!! We both rock!!!!!!

  • i knew there was good americans out there in this world that didnt hate on canadians thanks for the recognition

  • @1knowthetruth I don't begrudge people of patriotism to their own nation. And whatever our differences, political or otherwise, you guys are our allies.

  • @1knowthetruth your just a another canadian frenchie

  • I just stumbled onto your "tribute", and as a civilian Canadian wanted to thank you. My son met a marine in Vegas last year who was fresh back from over there and he too had high regard for the Canadians. It means a lot to me so I imagine it means all the more to the SOLDIERS.

As for "papade11a"... just a small mind, his comment speaks for itself.

    Honor

  • @uyngane I figure we're not too different, except for population.

  • Great video!!!

  • a man they get epic fighting music when i was over there all i gout was the wizing sound of the bullets an my sargent yelling at me not to stand up or rais my head ...but man those were good times thanks for the resecpt

  • long life to canada and usa from a boy from quebec

  • "what was that"

    "RPG"

  • canadians fought better then americans

  • @papade11a That's gratitude for you

  • @papade11a we are allies im a canadian and i say we can only fight as hard as our brothers in arms there for we fought harder than any one else as a team and as one unified force

  • @papade11a (deep sigh)

  • Loved it. Have to give those boys 'n girls some credit.

  • From a retired Canadian soldier (with a serving son and son-in law) thanks for the shout out. There seems to be a lot of discord between allies on youtube, rather there seems to be a lot of discord between those who have never worn a uniform.

  • @cf80to01 Believe me, there's already so much discord within my own country nowadays...pro-tyranny jerks hating on us Tea Partiers...but I thank you Canadians for throwing in with us overseas. Much appreciated!

  • This war is a waste.

  • Perhaps it started that way. But if we let Afghanistan fall to the Taliban, then within 4 years, maybe less, Pakistan will fall like clockwork under their control...NUCLEAR Pakistan

  • Excuse when i said "this war is a waste" although i do believe that is true, i probably came off quite rude. There are two reasons I'm against this war, first, I'm a pacifist and Christian i think fighting is wrong. Second, outside interference is very bad. It causes so many problems. One example is the troubles in Northern Ireland.

  • @vikingcrest12 There's still trouble in Northern Ireland?

  • @QuartuvLarry Troubles from the IRA. And Dirty Catholics who riot against Orange Parades.

  • so you respect my country in your video and then disrespect it in the comments of another video?
