Loved this one. Bragen's always been my favourite human villain in DW. There aren't many people who can appear alongside the Daleks and be every bit as evil as them!
But you should add some flashing lights to the Dalek when it's talking, to match the human lip-movements.
I like Bragen.

Not bad. I think a good percentage of the animation works.
I find it quite distracting that you have chopped and changed the order of the dialogue. I'm guessing that was accidental?
