im brazillian, the "te quiero" part is spanish, just to make fun... "i want you" in portuguese is "te quero"

@pennyredrock Maybe because Spanish and Portuguese have the same root? SO some words are just the same!

@danitoons "Te quiero" is not a Portuguese phrase. It's definitely Spanish.

@LlamaOchan Well, in Brasil they say "te quero", they don't mark the "i" as in spanish, but pronounced they sound almost the same.
@danitoons In Portuguese you either say "Quero-Te" or "Quero Você". I think it was indeed to make it funnier like @ClaNiOli said.
