  • Flu vaccines = GBS!

  • Thank you! this is exactly what i am going thru! Im still in the hospital and it is good to know that there is hope :) I literally thought i was going to die.. I could not move anything and laid in my bed for three weeks.. Doctors could not find out what was wrong with me... finally we found a neurologist and he knew what it was when we walked thru the door... I will be getting out of here soon but this video has helped me a lot.. Thank you! :)

  • thank you for sharing this, i needed to hear there is hope, eventough sometimes is hard to believe. i have gbs since august 2010, only getting worst , the pain is horrible specially my hands, unable to open my fingers, writing this with one knuckle. i tell my doctor about the pain and she says all gbs patients are going through the same pain and there is no help.

wish i could speak to anyone that would know something to aliviate this pain.

good luck to all, that are suffering.

  • My husband Geoffrey has had GBS since June 1, 2010, still recovering, slowly but surely. It is inspiring to watch Mike Sutton's story, knowing that with continued perserverance, we will see this story in our lives, too.

  • Thanks for sharing. I got GBS 10/14/08 I will never forget that day cause since then my life has changed for the worst. I am still recovering, still trying to walk & use my hands better so I can go back to doing my wifely duties. It is so had to do exercises when u are in constant pain. When u said "it was like being buried alive" was so true.

  • Go Go Go Mike, my Mum's got it for last 6 months .. see what it does .. she is fighting it and this video has inspired her to keep fighting to get better ..

  • I was recently diagnosed with GBS. It took me 3 months to begin moving my extremities, and now I am walking. everything on this video reminds me of all the theripes I had to go through. Hope you are doing better coach. There are alot of us out here that know what its like. There are things in life that we just cant change, and the only thing you can do is wait it out and perservere. God test the strong ones.

  • I was recently diagnosed with GBS and find it difficult to cope with the recovery. I didn't experience extreme paralysis and have since regained the use of my legs. I have faith however that God will get us through this disorder, especially since the cause is unknown the the treatments aren't a simple prescription. Keep you head high and give your sorrows to God. God bless you

  • GOD IS AWESOME!!!

  • I've had Guillain-Barre and I was fortunate that it didn't hit me as hard as it hit Coach Sutton. He'll make it back.

  • I'm glad to know that you're better and I hope he will be too. My aunt died from it 8 years ago.

  • God Bless ya, Coach Sutton and U're family. I hope you feel better
