    keep it up k'naan

    peace. love.

  • As far as one of the best influences hip hop has and as far as him being a great artist, and as far as him being one of the few great ones left, I agree with yah to no end, tho hip hop culture today, is "defined" by those who don't know what it is, and as much as real hip hop this is, he's right in his message, that even this watered down form of reality wouldn't see radio play most places both because ppl wouldnt want it out, and because the ppl wouldnt know how to receive it, its sad

  • @SudoFX see how big he got? lol you prophet

  • i can listen to this everyday

  • someone put up what mos def was sayin.. he was to low.

  • My God!

This is the Dusty Foot philosipher, K'Naan!

Never forget it, K'Naan is hip-hop.

  • true lyrical content

  • K'naan is just tooo sick...Wow...Two of the Greatest lyricists right there. K'naan got some fiire!

  • Comment removed

  • i marked you as spam because of your insults...

  • K'Naan makes music to enlighten, educate and entertain...Bold yet humble, fierce yet compassionate, booksmart yet streetsmart...Some artists make music to make money and then there's K'Naan...a man wise beyond his years...Although he is steadily rising higher and higher he stays humble, sincere, true to his roots and grounded...No disrespect to other artists but, watch and learn...use your gift to make a difference...

  • K'naan and Mos def make a sick ass duo.

  • Trust that,

    brag about bustin' a nine-millimeter,

    but what's that?

Out there, we call it popcorn.

Truth is, there's only amusement in they music,

and I gotta water down my thoughts,

'cause if it came hardcore to the brain like I use it,

    then radio would refuse it.

    Fucking ridiculous.

  • "and its a misfortune you will never hear me the labels will divorce me cuz they fear me and no one will buy my records and i will remain the broke anthropologist my people left hungry with no apologize my mother old and gray in the ghetto hopping i will get a job and conform before my fourth child is born" THAT IS JUST SICK!!!

  • K'naan is the best rapper who doesn't sell records. He has so much talent, he could easily be a superstar, but instead he chooses to make meaningful music other than the empty crap that's flying off the shelves. He's an inspiration, and he's a king.

  • 5 Shots in the air for my man Knaan!

  • UR SAD!! u using this word thats used by white folks to describe all blacks regardless if you from Africa or America..UR sad we all one and K'naan and Mos Def or even these mainstream rappers are all black and beautiful. We just have been conditioned to act in certain ways that white society has produced for us...

  • yea its all whities fault...

till ppl take responsibility it will never change

  • White folks are conditioned also. It's not like every white person is in control of the way this society is any more than black people are.

  • You got to choose your words when you are describing someone...It does not matter even if you hate the self proclaim gangster rappers.

  • Wow, white folks sure brainwashed you my friend.

  • K'naan does Somalia PROUD

  • MY FAVE 10: k'naan, Mos def, Lupe Fiasco, Talib Kweli, Nas, Immortal Technique, Pharaoh Monch, M1 AND TUPAC

  • did u see mos def, stand in silance, ...k`naan got talent , end off !

  • Stop the fucking hate Africa will RISE

Africa unite with out problemz and haterz

don't ever mix muszic and religon don't forgett

  • Brothers and sisters:

K'naan + Immortal Technique + Mos Def + Lupe Fiasco beats = Golden

  • knaan only talks about things wich matters

y cant everyone else be like that

  • knaan is sick. HES BETTER THAN LIL WAYNE PERIOD.

  • wayne is ONLY on top of baby.. homo!

Knaan i hope he does good. im gon go cop that cd.

  • Shame on you/moet je schamen/Isku Xishoo!!!

  • ah, i love k'naan. he's sick. "how can you turn your deafest ear when it's your own brother callin'" "how can they go to war with terror when it's war that's terrorizin'"

  • this is soooo good one of the few artists who really touch my soul

    greetings from germany

  • My Man K`naan I Like This Song Soo Much Give it Up africa

  • for those who dont know Isa/Jesus is the most quoted prophet in the Holy Qur'an,

so wen a muslim talks about Isa/Jesus its not a big deal or heresy,

this is a powerful tune, jus lyrics and a drum beat, true african poetry, peace and love yall

  • love this tune..ppl enough already is not that serious he said jesus leave it alone. ppl be taking things so far IS NOT THE SERIOUS.

  • has any one found the lyrics to this song! can any one help?! =/

  • I though Jesus or Isa is refered to in Prophecies in the Holy Qur'an and Hadith that tell of a great Prophet's descension to earth

WHY MUST WE FOCUS ON DIVISIONS INSTEAD OF SEEKING THE UNITY AND LOVE THAT COMES ABOVE ALL IN RELIGION.

    LOVE MY PEOPLE!

Thank you Djibriil for your thoughtfull and wise words

Tallent and the message is the important thing

I'd rather have this aired than the selfdistructive and weak music topping the charts

    ONE LOVE - PEACE!
